The Swoop Mobile App is a one-stop-shop for all your real estate needs. It’s a full-circle service from searching for a property, all the way to processing documents and closing a sale. You can easily switch from buyer to seller mode which makes it ideal for anyone looking to invest in property or upgrade their home.
Using the app is simple. As a buyer, a pool of possible properties are presented based on matches to your property preferences. Swipe right if you like a property, left if you don’t. Liked properties are added to the Swoop Bucket for later reevaluation. When you’ve made your choice, an Advocate will get in touch with you to help handle all the necessary documents and legal work until you’re handed the keys to your new home.
As a seller, property listings are created through the app as well. You’ll even receive assistance for land titles and documents required for the sale. Other features of the app include 360° property views and maps for property locations and nearby establishments (schools, hospitals, restaurants and shopping options). For ease in communication, users can submit tickets or chat with Advocates.
The Swoop App is like no other in the Philippines and offers beginning to end solutions for all of its users.
